Jaswinder Bhalla is an actor and writer, known for Carry on Jatta (2012), Rangeelay (2013) and Just U & Me (2013).

Jaswinder Bhalla is a Punjabi comedy actor. He was born in Ludhiana and he did his school education from a Senior Secondary School located in Doraha. His father’s name is Master Bahadur Singh Bhalla who was a school teacher by profession. In school days, Jaswinder Bhalla along with other classmates used to perform on the occasions of Independence Day as well as Republic days. He started working as a comedian actor with Chankataand his movie was Dulla Bhatti. Thereafter he has done various comedy roles in different Punjabi movies.

Jaswinder Bhalla Films – His Chankata series was very famous, where Jaswinder Bhalla had played various different roles. This series talks about many of the things regarding all the walks of life, politics and various other jokes. His stage show of “Naughty Baba in Town” is very famous and he has performed these shows in other countries like Australia, Canada, and a few other countries.

Jaswinder Bhalla – He started performing on Independence day and Republic day shows Jaswinder Bhalla and two of schoolmates got selected for All India Radio in 1975. As a student at Punjab Agricultural University, Jaswinder Bhalla had done comedy performances in university programs. They were noticed by Doordarshan Kendra, Jalandhar while performing in Professor Mohan Singh Mela (cultural festival) on personal backing of Punjabi author Jagdev Singh Jassowal. He has released over 27 audio and video albums of the Chankata series. Apart from Bal Mukund Sharma, Neelu Sharma has also been part of the Chhankata series. Starting with Chhankata 2002, series is also realized as a videocassette.
Jaswinder Bhalla – He has completed a Ph.D. in Agriculture Science. He is also a professor at Punjab Agricultural University. Jaswinder is considered as one of the very nice Punjabi comedian actor. Bhalla has very excellent timing while performing the act and his dialogue delivery is really very outstanding.
