The film Ardaas Sarbat De Bhale Di hits the big screen today. Previously, the films Ardaas and Ardaas Karaan were also released under Gippy Grewal‘s Humble Motion Pictures banner. This time, the film Ardaas Sarbat De Bhale Di releases with a new story. The story and direction of this film have been done by Gippy Grewal himself. In the film, alongside Gippy, you will see experienced artists such as Jasmin Bhasin, Gurpreet Ghuggi, Nirmal Rishi, Prince Kanwaljit, Sardar Sohi, and Gurpreet Bhangu appearing on screen. The story of the film features multiple characters, including Gurmukh Singh, Sadhu Singh, Bani, Sahaj, Gurdial Singh, and Kamal. All these characters appear ungrateful, helpless, and filled with emotions, forgetting their values and worth. Gurmukh Singh takes all of them on a journey from Punjab to Takht Sri Hazur Sahib Ji.

As the journey from Punjab to Nanded Sahib progresses, the characters’ emotional knots unravel and misconceptions gets clear. You will surely find a character in the film that resonates with you and your emotions. The film beautifully weaves together the emotions of several domestic stories into one narrative, something rarely seen in Bollywood or South cinema.

Performance Pitch 

Speaking about the performances of the artists in the film, the most surprising portrayal comes from Prince Kanwaljit, who plays the character of Sadhu Singh. His role is much more subdued and different from Prince’s previous characters. Even with minimal dialogue, Prince Kanwaljit has excelled in his acting as Sadhu Singh. Jasmin Bhasin, who plays Bani, a girl living in a village with her grandmother, portrays a character that emotionally resonates deeply with the audience as a girl who feels unfortunate due to her circumstances.
