Life and Carrer:

Pawan was born on July 02, 1958, in Delhi. He is graduated in Arts from Hansraj College, Delhi University, Pavan ventured into the Delhi theatre circuit, thereafter he moved to Mumbai, where he started with the television industry. He started his debut in the Punjabi film world with a movie titled '1984 Punjab'. The film is about a mother looking for his son. The 1984 Punjab riots form the backdrop of the film.
