Erica Jane Beckstead

Biography

Erica Jane Beckstead was born in Pembroke, Ontario Canada. She was raised in Burnaby B.C. She is a Professional Makeup Artist in TV and Film in Vancouver B.C. She also works as a Special skills Background Performer, and Actor. She spent 20 years as a Professional Latin & Ballroom Dancer. She was the DJ on board Princess Cruise Lines for 6 years and taught line dancing nightly in the club. She performed as a lead dancer in Pirates of the Caribbean live show at Club Med in Florida, USA. She was also the Country Line dance and Salsa instructor at Club Med Sandpiper in Florida. Erica lived in Florida for 1 year. She has spent 20 years in the Entertainment Industry. In 2013 she went back to school & received a Diploma in Makeup Artistry. Erica formed A Makeup team called , "The Makeup Squad" a group of female Makeup Artists who work together on TV shows , Feature Films. Music Videos and Commercials. In 2017 and 2018 Erica landed huge feature film contracts in Bollywood movies and Music Videos. Erica started to work for "Babbu Maan" one of India's biggest music stars ,from Mumbai, India. Erica has co-starred in many Bollywood films such as "Goreyan Nu Daffo Karo". Erica has also worked for one of Canada's Biggest Celebrity's, David Suzuki for the last 3 years on, "The Nature of things". She continues to be busy in her industry. Erica starred in the Reality Series First Dates Season 1 & 4 Episodes on The Audience and got a lot of publicity for this show. She has also Starred, and Produced several Medical Documentaries about Living with Osteogenesis Imperfecta aka Brittle Bone Disease. She is the #1 North American Patient Advocate for Osteogenesis Imperfecta.
